cbji Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "cbji", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the cbji platform operating at cbji.bio and all associated services, products, and features made available therein.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the cbji platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal cbji account created by a Player upon successful registration, through which the Player accesses games, betting markets, and BDT wallet services.
• "Platform" means the cbji website, mobile browser interface, and all software, tools, and services accessible via cbji.bio.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which cbji wallets are denominated. The symbol ৳ is used throughout the Platform to represent BDT amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, cashback credits, or match deposit bonuses granted by cbji to a Player's account.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank transfer, Visa, or Mastercard that are credited directly to the Player's BDT wallet.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "Game Providers" means the third-party software studios — including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — whose titles are made available on the cbji Platform.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the time zone in which cbji support and operational teams operate.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on cbji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from cbji or any other gaming platform where such self-exclusion remains in effect.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party when depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of cbji, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• Your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws, regulations, and rules that apply to you in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your location before registering.

cbji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period will result in the suspension or permanent closure of the relevant Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests pending completion of the verification process.

To access the full range of cbji games and services, a Player must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply to all cbji Accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on the cbji Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to open duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are detected, cbji will suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit any Bonus Funds, and may withhold withdrawals pending a full compliance review.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or third-party personal information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and grounds for immediate Account closure.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. cbji will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify cbji immediately at [email protected]. cbji accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cbji may require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address not older than three months. cbji reserves the right to request additional documents where the standard submission is deemed insufficient.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

cbji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. cbji reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be credited to your Account and will be returned to the originating payment method subject to any applicable processing fees charged by the payment provider.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your cbji BDT wallet within seconds of confirmation by the respective mobile financial service. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to reflect during standard Bangladesh Standard Time banking hours. cbji does not charge any fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed in BDT to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Approved withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during BST business hours. Processing times may be longer for bank transfers.

4.5 Currency

All cbji Account balances, transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cbji does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any currency conversion costs incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

cbji offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload offers, free spins, and cricket cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only and cannot be claimed by Players who have self-excluded or whose Accounts are under review.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the bonus validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not cleared the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Time-Out: Players may apply a temporary time-out period (ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which access to all real-money features is suspended.

• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the cbji Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person under 21.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the cbji Platform, its underlying software, or any Game Provider's systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using cbji for any financial crime purpose.
• Abusing promotional offers through systematic exploitation, collusion, or coordinated wagering activity designed to extract value without genuine gaming intent.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing cbji staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to withdraw funds using payment methods not registered in your own name.

All content on the cbji Platform — including but not limited to the cbji brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software interfaces, game thumbnails, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cbji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cbji Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any cbji content without express prior written authorisation from cbji.

Game content, including game graphics, audio, and mechanics, remains the intellectual property of the respective Game Providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). Use of any Game Provider content outside the cbji Platform interface requires separate authorisation from the respective Game Provider.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cbji, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the cbji Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to game malfunctions, server interruptions, or technical failures beyond cbji's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, data, or content published on the cbji Platform.

Your continued use of the cbji Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawals at the time of Account closure will be processed in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cbji operates. By using the cbji Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through cbji's internal complaints procedure.

13.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the cbji Platform, you should first contact the cbji support team at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint including your Account username, the nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence. cbji will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 7 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time). cbji will investigate all complaints fairly and in good faith.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remainder of these Terms & Conditions continues in full force and effect.
